“Service & facilities were excellent, the onlt issue was the internet, needs to be made easier to connect.”

“The person did not want the woman and her son into the room I booked for her. I phoned the manager after 9 pm as I only heard about the issue after 9. He said the office was closed and he can not open for her then. The woman had to sleep in her car. Too late to get another place. So we never used the room and I would like a refund. ”

“Amazing location right on the lake and a restraunt in walking distance, everything was lovely could’ve been a bit more clean (eg) outside area table needed a wipe and cobwebs but overall a lovely stay with all necessities there”

“The house was perfect for us with absolutely everything we needed.We had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Mandurah area.Its also an easy commute up to Perth.The only issue we had was the fridge but Kev (the host) replaced it immediately with a brand new fridge.We travel quite a bit and Kev is one of the best hosts we have ever dealt with - his communication and service levels are first class.A great experience all round.”

“Our stay at the tranquil cabin was just what we needed for a quiet and peaceful trip away. our hosts were amazing and welcoming, the breakfast both mornings were exceptional and the peacefulness with the views was just the cherry on the cake, by far one of the best get aways we have experienced and would definitely love to do it again in the future. We enjoyed feeding Matt, Sandy and Max and relaxed by the pool before coming back to the crazy world. Loved our hosts and their hospitality. ”

“a bit concerned of going down the steep boat ramp but end up all ok.We had a great stay, and we were all happy with the property.A couple of coffee mugs in cupboard were put away in cupboard dirty. Could have been previous guess but apart from that it was very clean. Thank you ”
