“Overall hotel experience 7.5/10 The suites, view, and balconies are very nice but the hotel is roach infested; 3 came running out within 20 minutes of being in room and a few every day but all in kitchen and bathroom none in room that I saw at least. Also, someone took a dump in my room right before I checked in. The utilities in room and room layout look exactly like pictures but my washer/dryer didn’t work and no one knew how to fix it. Food: 9.5/10 no complaints on food but room service order...

Expedia on the other hand is a horrible organization that does nothing to assist when there is a problem. They promised a call back and lied as they never called when requested. “The service was excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day by very attentive staff. Ask for anything - you get it within 5 mins. The Operations Manager Sunil is very pleasant and responds quickly. I would give Sunil and the staff an A . The variety of food at the restaurant was ok. One area for improvement is the gardens around the chalets. At the time we went they were a little unkempt. I think we went in the slow season. This however did not take away from our fun.”
