“Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also……

“We had a lovely stay. The residence is centrally located in a very nice area. Great places to eat! A very nice coffee shop is located half a block away and we were close to metro stops. A very convenient location to visit many of wonderful sites in Madrid.”
