"I enjoyed my stay at Melia Paulista! And would maybe stay again. Location is excellent, at the heart of Avenida Paulista, close to many shops, restaurants, and galleries. I valued this a lot. The room was a good size, and bathroom decent size too. It had everything I needed, and I was impressed that breakfast was included as well. Service was always friendly, though early check-in required an additional charge. For many flights arriving in the morning, this adds cost. A major downside for me was that the in-room fridge is on some kind of wooden stand that sticks out, and I hit my foot on it, causing a lot of blood. The stand isn’t really necessary and now I have had to wrap up the injury for a week. So it’s a good hotel, just be careful!"

"Horacio, Liz and the entire reception staff was just unbelievable. Nearly every wish you have will be fulfilled within no time. River/Boca tickets? Horacio takes care of it. I preferred a shower instead of a bathtub, Liz took care of it and I could switch rooms. And if you want to enjoy a beer/drink before going out, chill in the lobby and talk to the lovely staff. Horacio, Liz and co. are the best!"
