“Pictures provided to Expedia are completely out of date. Don’t be surprised when you show up and nothing looks the same. Friday at 8:30 the DJ was set up about 25’ outside our door and there was a residual 65+ decibels in our completely closed room. Luckily they stopped the music at 9:30, but it seemed to progressively get a little louder. All the walls are paper thin. The room above us in room 23 sounded like it was rino’s racing all night most every night and it was just people walking. You……

“The place is beautiful. I had a few minor issues, one was the sink stopper kept getting stuck and I had to call maintenance several times. One front desk employee was very helpful and one was extremely rude. I got locked in my room because the bolt attachment had shifted so maintenance had to come get me out of my room. “The hotel room's air conditioning was not working properly, so the room never got as cool as we expected. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Parking was also inconvenient since we had to park on the street. The only staff member who really stood out was the security guard. He was very friendly, gave us clear directions about where to park, and helped us find our room. His kindness and helpful……

“The balcony had an excellent view. The bar was adequately stocked and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want to sleep past 4:30 AM bring earplugs!! The roosters start their very loud cockadoodle doing at 4:30AM and are relentless! Warm showers are not guaranteed. ”
