“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

At first, you may think the resort is very expensive, however, when you factor in that the food is gourmet quality everywhere you go, food and drinks are accessible all day long, spa services are included with every day of your stay and they are excellent and there are nonstop activities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are standard but we spent virtually no time in them, so that was fine. Weather is beautiful except……

Absolutely loved the scenery, food, people, the London pub at night and the excursion we did to the active volcano with Queen B.
