“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came.
The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“The stay at the Royalton was very unpleasant, the staff have one speed which is slow and you’re lucky if you get a drink at the Martini Bar. Waited over an hour for a drink, had to go upstairs to Scores for a drink. Overall the property was very well maintained but the staff was not pleasant at all. Would not go back to a Royalton Resort. I did not bring my family there for no Royalton Timeshare, everyone want to sign you up for the class.”

“The staff was AMAZING! Caroline, Zenia, and V were just perfect. Leah was super nice too!
Room was ok…. Needs some updates and the water pressure in the shower was a trickle when turned to hot. Water never really got hot. Some days it was luke warm. Views from room were stunning. Bed was comfortable. The frogs were crazy loud and were in the room area w the rocks. Made it very hard to sleep and relax.
Food was an average. It took well over an hour no matter if order was placed for room service……

“I take great care in doing my research before booking each vacation and I had high expectations for this resort. I am happy to say all expectations were absolutely exceeded! “We enjoyed a wonderful week at Village Beach Cottages ! The atmosphere is welcoming,peaceful & relaxing. It is a lovely property with beautiful views & very friendly people who looked after us so well. Austin was waiting for us at the airport & Claudius was there to take us back when it was time to say goodbye to St Lucia. Everything was looked after.
We learned a lot about the island & history of the property from owner Colin Hunte. He asked us what we’d like to see & do during our stay then……
