“Nowhere can I find where it alerts you to the fact that the restaurant is closed on a Sunday. This was the major attraction of using this basic accommodation. I did find afterwards in small print that the reception would only be open from 6-8 in the evening. The security chap eventually opened up at 6.15 after some helpful French people went round the back and shouted at him that there were people waiting. The room is small and has a very strong plastic/paint smell. I wouldn't stay again.”

“Pros: Les promenades autour des lacs”

“The gite was perfect from start to finish. We were a family of four (two boys age 9 and 12) and the gite had everything we could possibly need and more. Nathalie is so hospitable and makes you feel at ease straight away. It’s the perfect base to go off exploring the region and there is a well equipped supermarket just 5 mins down the road. The pool area is stunning and there were loads of toys for the children. They literally couldn’t get bored if they tried. We hope to be able to return soon. ”

“We booked this very last minute due to being evacuated due to the forest fires in Landes. The owner was super helpful and the house was perfect for 10 of us. There were 4 great bedrooms and each room had king and single beds. More than enough space for us all. The pool, and games, trampoline etc outside were great for the kids to play. Would highly recommend.”

“The room was amazing, Garden View. The room is so well appointed and has a coffee machine, bathroom is excellent with a large shower. The host is very accommodating and rises in the morning to supply you with breakfast at your chosen time. The pool is good, spacious and very clean, with lots of available seating around the pool. “Very friendly and welcoming greeting on arrival. Our room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was good but be careful, the bath was very slippery, the shower however had good pressure and nice toiletries were provided. It is a period building and there was no AC but a fan was provided and due to the high ceilings the room was not excessively hot. The pool was amazing. Absolutely fabulous!
