“He llegado a el hotel con resérvacion de un habitacion con baño privado, tv y cosas del baño. Me han puesto en un habitacion con baño compartido no tv y me han dicho 10.000 rp por alquiler una toalla. Cuando les he dicho y enseñado mi reserva me han dicho q el hotel es completo pero van a recompensarme para la primero noche y puedo cambiar para la segunda. En fin. El habitacion no esta mal y bastante tranquilo”

“I booked family rook for 4.. With 4 pax breakfast written in my booking details. When we go for breakfast, they said its only for 2 pax. When I talk to Front office, they said its only for 2, and ask me to contact hotels.com. Its clearly stated on my email booking confirmation for 4 pax and they say will checked. Then no update. If not because of family room, i wont book this hotel. ”

“For people who are afraid if that hotel is haunted etc. Fret not! It doesn't have creepy atmosphere at night. And you can hear the muslim prayers loud and clear 5times per day. Except that the toilet is a little bit squeezy. Other than that, everythings good.”

“早朝に空港着の為、空港近くの当該ホテルに宿泊しました。クリスマスイブだったが、ホテルにそれらしさは全くない。まあ、欧米系ではないので仕方無いが。またシーズンと空港近辺ということなのか宿泊費も3つ星にしては高額でした。ホテルはロビーが狭いのに、中国人の100レベルの団体と重なり、チェックイン手続きは延々。エレベーターも混雑が続く。ロビー横のレストラン？みたいな所にワルン(屋台)があり、美味しそうな鶏ガラスープの肉団子ラーメン(アヤムミーバソ)を販売していた。22時まで営業していますとの事なので、18:30から30分間毎に3回行きましたが、結局ずーっとクローズで、夕食たべられず。持っていたカップヌードルを食べようと思ってフロントに熱湯がないか聞きに行ったが、無いとのつれない返事。部屋は古い感じで、歯ブラシもアメニティも無し。夜中に蚊に3回4箇所刺され寝られず。最悪の一晩でした。”
