“There were cockroaches in the room and bathroom. There were no tissues. The breakfast was cold and poor. There was water on the stairs and on the aisle.”

“The A/C was loud and sounded like gravel scrapping. The door didn't fit the opening so I had flies in the room every night. The mirror had a large crack across the mirror right at eye level. Poor lighting in the room. Front desk woman was unfriendly and did only what was required to get her job done. I would not recommend it going to this place!”

“The rooms have not been updated, clearly a hotel that has been used for “hourly” stays. Would not recommend for traveling especially with a family.”

“We made a last minute booking to get away for a couple nights. So glad we chose this place! Everything was perfect. Hot tub was awesome and so were the sunsets. Stocked kitchen with most tools you’d need to prepare meals. Coffee pod maker with all the pods. We had our small dog with us and the totally fenced in yard was so helpful. 10/10 would stay again.”

“This place in Pittsburg is a solid find if you're looking for a quiet spot on the water. The house has that great rustic, lodge feel with plenty of room inside, but we spent most of our time out on the massive patio and the dock. It’s a setup built for relaxing, whether you’re out by the lake all day or just sitting outside with a drink in the evening. If you want a straightforward, high-quality getaway in East Texas, this is the one.”
