“House is ideal for large groups. In addition to wonderful pool and hot tub there are several large seating areas where everyone can gather. “We had the most wonderful getaway at this property! The location was peaceful and quiet, offering the perfect escape. The home was exactly as pictured, if not even more beautiful in person. As two tall guests, we found the lofted sleeping areas a bit snug, so we chose to sleep in the comfortable living room area, which worked out well and is simply part of the charm of staying in a tiny house. Evenings by the fire, enjoying s’mores, and relaxing in the hammock made our stay feel truly special.……

“Our host was fantastic at staying in touch with us. As an example, we first had some challenges locking the tiny house door, and Elizabeth wrote us right back with help. The house is adorable and on a very quiet, woodsy lot. It is a good value for the money with a nice bathroom. The heat and AC work well. The expectations for check out are also very relaxed, which is refreshing! The house is advertised as having a loft bedroom (the picture makes it appear non-loft-like, but the text does indeed……

“This was the perfect option for us for a nearby wedding. We ate twice at the River & Post (excellent) and went into Rhinebeck for the Sunday market. The property itself was very accommodating and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, and plenty of seating options in the main room. The outside area was also a perfect place for coffee in the morning and we loved the chickens running around. Glenn could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!”
