"We went to NYC to see shows and our hotel was in the epicenter of most theaters. It was awesome. The hotel staff was great, and the room fit 3 of us. We were half a block away from times square where the TKTS booth is located. One of the shows we saw was right next door to the theater, which was nice since it was cold and snowing."

"Service is bad as you have to wait in the long line for check in. A staff guided us to do self check in, and was assigned to a bad room. The Expedia gave us VIP status, but the hotel told us it is useless."

"The staff are the highlight of this property. Extremely friendly and helpful! The blinds definitely need to be replaced with curtains as the property lighting shines directly in your room because the blinds don’t cover the windows adequately. Also, the wifi is spotty at best so be sure you have a good cell program to give you data because relying on the wifi here won’t cut it. Lastly, the air conditioners are very rattly and loud so updating them would be great. However, it’s hard to complain. You’re in beautiful Orlando with gorgeous weather and all types of amenities around you. We traveled from NL so even these minor issues hailed in comparison to the 7ft of snow we have home. Thanks!"

"This is a good property and the rating is 3 because of check in. Check in is horrible. I attempted to check in with the MGM Rewards App because the lines were long. I check in well after check in time but it said my room wasn’t ready. I then went to the priority lane and they take forever to check you in. I was with several different people and they all had issues checking in"
