We loved our waitress Mariye K. at the adult pool. She was great. Our only issue is that when the 3 couples we were all with asked for late check out, 2 were charged $35 and one couple was charged $45. It did get fixed but was odd that it happened in the first place as we had to catch the issue.

A few complaints: this may sound petty but even though this was a suite and had a microwave and refrigerator there were no utensils, glasses, cups, nor any plates etc. The ice machine on our floor was not working so we had to go to another floor to get ice. There were no chairs to use on the balcony. There were no umbrellas available at the pool unless you paid for a double couch or a cabana. At temperatures in the 90s shade was a necessity. Will not stay there again.
