The hotel is in a great spot. The room wasn't huge but most NYC hotel rooms are small. The hallways did have a weird smell but the rooms seemed clean and decent. Nice staff.

I really really enjoyed my stay. For me and my boyfriend for 3 nights it was perfect size and they even checked us in at 11am rather than the usual 4pm when we asked to hold our bags there. Staff amazing and very kind. Perfect area, very easy to get to the main subway station and bus station.

The Lobby was fabulous and had a delicious fragrance! Every time I stepped into it, I had to take a deep breath for the captivating aroma. The rooms were adequate but lacked drawers. Just 2 pull out bins in the closet. The beds were very comfortable. The street noise, distracting.

I really enjoyed this hotel, it has a great vibe and the room was very nice and very clean. The only thing that was missing for me was somewhere to get a tea or coffee that was included. I wish the rooms had a fridge of some sort so I’d be able to store my own milk and coffee in the room seeing as they don’t provide any food or drink options. But overall we had a great experience with the staff, the rooms, the vibe, they had a bag room for us to leave our suitcases after check out too which was very helpful
