"muy mal , llegamos a la suit y no había nadie , dejaron sobre con la llave de la habitación y entramos y había una pareja y la habitación estaba ocupada, después llamamos nos atendieron super mal , sin dar alguna solución o una ayuda tan solo un disculpa. pero nada. MUY MAL SERVICIO NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE, quedamos sin hospedaje a las 12 de la noche y tuvimos que ir en busca de donde quedarnos."

"Very friendly staff at check-in. We were allowed an early check-in which really helped. Public areas of the hotel are beautiful and the room was very comfortable too. Pool area - inside rather hot, outside area very small with insufficient beds, but a lovely space. Great location."
