"An excellent stay..even in summer!"

"On check in told I had to pay for room as it wasn’t paid for. Paid again and then when checked back on bookings I had fully paid prior to arrival. I spoke to the lady on reception who asked me to come back in the morning for a refund as she was busy with a problem. Went back in the morning and provided her with receipts of both payments and she said she would get her superior to do it the next day. I have emailed and messaged through hotels.com and had no response. Shocking service for an error on their part. "

"This place is a gem. Our second time back, this time with grandparents. Perfectly located for exploring, the facilities are great, impeccably clean ànd and perfect kitchen for our dietary requirements. "

"The room was really nice, the balcony amazing, the staff super nice. Breakfast was nice. Enjoyed the location on the village square, cute and quaint. we stayed there out of the busy seasons so parking wasn't too bad but I can see that being a bit of a struggle during tourist season unless you're riding a motorcycle in which case you get to park at the hotel. That would be the only drawback. We had an amazing stay in the heart of the Alps at a very nice hotel."

"A wonderful hotel in a spectacular area of France. The chalet style was very in keeping with the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming and most helpful. The only niggling area of concern relates to the buffet breakfast. The cold meats and cheese were not covered and were susceptible to a few flies present in the room. Maybe if these were covered, it would have been better."

"Kids loved the pool and I loved the sauna. The rooms were large and well appointed. Great little town with herds of sheep walking around. "

"We were on easter break for a week 8 of us, wonderful chalet, has everything you could possibly need. unbelievable views ! We all had an amazing time and caught the last of the snow in La Clusaz. Would happily stay again and recommend to others. "

"Great place to stay for a ski holiday! We enjoyed our time (group of 5) and had a great breakfast every morning, and a free shuttle to the ski lifts. We really had a nice time"

"We were 2 families staying in the chalet for a ski holiday. It was perfect for what we needed. In a quiet location just outside Le Grand Bornand. We had cars and drove down to the lift every day which worked well. We walked down in to the town one day although the hill back up is quite steep. Highly recommended."

"Picture perfect little chalet hotel. Everything you would expect for a winter stay. Super easy to get to the slopes with the shuttle bus (it takes 5min and runs every 15min) "

"Such a perfect place to stay, the room was very comfortable and the bed was excellent. It was convenient and easy to get to the ski slope. Staff were very helpful and friendly. "

"Needs daily cleaning especially emptying the bins in the room. No lift so it was difficult to carry luggages to the third floor. Very limited time opening with reception. You need to be in Bossonet before 7:45 pm to catch the last village bus back to the hotel if you are in the village. They serve good food options at a very reasonable price."
