"Despite some varied weather Laurents wonderful home and setting made up for everything. When we walked through the beautiful gates it is truly a wow moment. From the stone arbour looking over the beautiful valley to the crackle of the fire Guy Fawkes would have been proud of we had a great time. Laurent was the perfect host and provided us with any information we may have needed"

"We were just staying for one night as we travelled from the south towards Cherbourg for the ferry. It was a good option for an overnight stay in the area. The property was clean, safe and comfortable. Reception were helpful and ordered take away for us."

"The chateau is beautiful and is in lovely surroundings. The room was clean and comfortable. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in where I was not woken by noise. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway."

"Beautiful hotel- bit outdated in some respects but that added to the overall charm. Only downside was restaurant charging a la carte prices rather than the set menu. At reception paying the next morning, someone else had exactly the same problem. Delayed our checkout as we had to run through every expense and correct the bill. Make sure you check the bill on checkout in detail… a la carte pricing seems to be a try on theme sadly!! We’d also been charged for breakfast and hadn’t had breakfast!"
