"Peridot Grand Hotel is a beautifully designed hotel that's located in the centre of Old Quarter Hanoi. My partner and I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days and from the moment we of check-in to the time of check-out we felt the warmth, helpfulness, and the hospitality of the staff. We also were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed which gave us great rest. The guest services were also very helpful in providing us with a list of recommendations for restaurants, activities, and attractions ahead of arrival and scheduling us with transportation to our next location. If you are seeking quality service, comfortability, and convenience while visiting Hanoi, we highly recommend! "

"I've written a review, but it seems to have got lost... so here goes again. We were very impressed with the staff of Royal Palace Hotel. Jimmi, the manager was excellent to deal with in the booking stages and also extremely helpful and interested in our welfare when we arrived. In fact, we found all the staff were friendly and professional, and eager to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. My husband needed medication in the middle of the night, having had eye surgery not long before we left, and a staff member took him out seeking to find a 24 hour Pharmacy. This is but one example of the 'over and above' service. "

"Clean and new. Good location across the street from the beach. Good breakfast, I can't understand anyone complaining about the breakfast. The pool is very clean if a bit cool because it is fully under a roof. Excellent housekeeping because any sand we brought back from the beach was gone after the daily cleaning. Lobby was a little warm. Roof top restaurant was nice. Good burger, soups, and pizza. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure in the shower. "

"The hotel is in the center of the old quarter, walking distance to everywhere, the rooms are very comfortable , hot shower and comfy bed, but what makes this hotel stand out from the others is the staff, if I could give a 15/10 for staff I would from the breakfast staff, especially Ms. Anna at front of house , made our stay very memorable, thank you once again for a amazing stay."
