“The staff had a poor attitude. We waited for almost 3 hours, nearly midnight, just for the air conditioner to be repaired, and they offered no better solution until we requested a different room, assured us it was fine, or a refund. However, the staff's response was unsatisfactory. Finally, we were only able to shower at midnight and went to bed at 12:30 AM. I think the hotel should review its staff's attitude and check rooms before guests arrive. This made me unhappy and I will not return.”

“El Hotel es fantástico, y la zona muy correcta, pero esta apartado de la zona turística. El Hotel pone a disposición de los clientes un servicio de transporte gratuito a la zona turística, lo que facilita los desplazamientos a la misma, pero lo cierto es que alrededor del hotel no hay infraesctructura turistica de ningún tipo salvo una pequeña tienda y un par de restaurantes de escaso interés. Por lo demás, una vez en el interior del resort, no se pueden hacer mas que elogios del mismos....

“We booked a 3-bedroom Villa, which turned out to be a 1-bedroom Villa plus 2 adjacent room, likening the same building,but not technically in the same house. We needed key cards to go to the 2 extra rooms. Needless to say this was a big disappointment while traveling with a family. We couldn't leave our child in the room upstairs alone!
