"Our room was perfect. Brand new, well maintained and constructed. Nice view of the bay. The pools were excellent. Facilities were solid and there was a mart on site. Housekeeping staff very nice. Front desk was average. Breakfast was average. Not much in the area so be prepared to take a Grab. Would stay again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night, 2 days on Dora cruise. The bus that picked us up from Hanoi was amazing! It was like being in first class! Once we got on the boat from the tender it was straight into a delicious set lunch. We were in room 202 which was a bit more expensive but worth it for the panoramic views. Denis our waiter was lovely and so attentive and thoughtful bringing our son some ginger tea to help his upset stomach. The activities of kayaking and jumping off the boat swimming were lots of fun. All the staff were excellent. Highly recommend this Dora cruise!"

"We stayed at Legacy Yen Tu Mgallery hotel for 3 nights. Our hotel experience was outstanding. The hotel is meticulously organized, extremely unique and aesthetically pleasing. Room was spacious and designed like a safe haven- grand and luxurious, open to nature yet still feels cosy. Breakfast and dinner were the best we have had in Vietnam- rich buffet with excellent variety of dishes in the morning, and delicious set menu in the evening. We would like to use this platform to thank all staff members that served us during our stay. They were all really lovely- especially Jocelyn from reception and Khuyen and Thi from the restaurant. A few minor problems occurred during our stay and they were efficiently taken care of by the staff! Service in general is 10/10! Another special thanks to the amazing spa staff. The design of the space was just beautiful and deeply relaxing. Our experience in the spa facilities- jacuzzi and dry and wet saunas-was very enjoyable and most importantly the 90-minute massages- absolutely exceptional!! Highly recommended A+++"

"Wonderful resort with breathtaking view from our room. Room is very clean, nice and comfortable. The staffs are very attentive, polite and helpful. Got our breakfast coffee made by Mr. Huy Thắng, very appreciate with the care by the staffs here. We love here so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days. The only thing need to be improved is the restaurant here is a little pricey for dinner and didn’t have much choices, had to go out for dinner. Other than that, we are really love this resort. Will come back again soon."

"We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. "

The Vietnamese tea service hosted by Alex was a great experience and very insightful. "Even though there was a problem with the dates we booked aligning with their schedule, Catherine Cruises went above and beyond to ensure we were on an equally luxurious cruise ship with another company to suit our schedule. And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! The communication with the property to check in from visiting in a foreign country was excellent. Verh responsive and quick to answer questions. "The room was spacious and clean. I get the feeling this was once a beautiful hotel but is now dated and showing signs of neglect. The shower is a poor design that floods the bathroom. The cold water quit and we couldn’t flush the toilet. No restaurant. The staff were very nice. The price was reasonable. "
