“예약 후 방문했음에도 불구하고 예약 확인이 안되어 30분 정도 기다릴수 밖에 없었고... 빌라에 도착했는데 청소중이라 바닥에는 물기가 그대로 있었으며 10분 넘게 또 기다릴수 밖에 없었습니다. 그리고 에어컨 내부 청결상태가 불량했고 침대 및 이불은 사용하기 싫을 정도였습니다. 좋은 위치, 풍경, 가격대의 고품질 빌라로써 개선을 했으면 좋겠네요”

"En general, nuestra experiencia ha sido muy positiva y recomendamos sin lugar a dudas The Oriental Jade. El servicio es excelente, todo el personal ha sido muy atento y muy amable, siempre intentando ayudar y haciendo que nuestra estancia sea lo mas fácil posible. El hotel esta ubicado en el centro del barrio antiguo, lo cual es perfecto para hacer turismo ya que todo esta a poca distancia. Ademas tiene una terraza en la azotea con una vista increíble al lago y la comida del restaurante es excelente. El desayuno fue muy bueno y ofrecen una variedad muy amplia de platos y alimentos locales e internacionales. Las instalaciones del hotel son buenas. Entre otras cosas, tienen un area de spa donde se pueden reservar masajes y una sala de gimnasio. La piscina de la azotea es posiblemente lo que diferencia este hotel de otros hoteles de gama alta en la zona. Las habitaciones son suficientemente amplias y la limpieza es excelente. Agradecemos al manager del hotel por el trato tan amable y personal que ha tenido con nosotros durante la estancia! "
