I regret the quality of the food at the restaurant as well as its design which made me think I better cross the street to go to the Mac Donald. "Place was really nice and staff was wonderful!! Was in a very chill location. Breakfast was lite but very good and the staff at breakfast was the sweetest. My one thing about the hotel that I didn’t like was the shower. It was very tight. Room was spacious but shower tight. Small enough that shower curtain would stick too me which I hated. If I bent over to pick up something off the floor my butt would hit the knob to change temp of shower. lol lol I would recommend this place though because of the many other great things. "

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
