“My recent stay here was lovely. + points: staff service/efficiency; standard of food; comfortable room/bed; pool and spa; views and ambience - points: bathroom cleanliness (hair ball on floor); lack of availability of full fat milk at breakfast; strength of water flow in bathroom (very weak)”

“We had a lovely 1 night stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The leisure centre was very noisy and changing rooms were small and no explananation on how to use the locker and wrist band. Had to ask for help. Breakfast was lovely. ”

“Check in at 4pm was chaos - almost queuing out of the door, however the staff were very helpful when we eventually got to them. Our parents had a lovely room, however our ‘dog friendly’ room was very small & basic which was disappointing as there ia an additional charge of £50 per night for dogs! The cooked breakfast was very good & the location is good being directly opposite the train station. ”

“Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Go to Llandudno a couple of times a year and our first time in this hotel. I can honestly say that it made our break better this time. The service and the staff were brilliant. Every staff member couldn’t do enough for you and were really friendly and welcoming. Really look forward to staying there later in the year for partners birthday. ”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“We found the hotel was in a very central great location. The room was lovely with a great view of the pier and the sea. We also loved the breakfast menu and table service by the pleasant staff but would have liked the time of the breakfast slot to have been more variable than the 1 hour given; for e.g from 8-10.30am instead of 8.30-9.30am, so guests have option of a lie in but still able to have breakfast. On a whole, we had a fab stay at The Marlborough Hotel.”
