“Once inside the hotel bedroom things were fine; the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, ours had a lovely view out across the river. Despite initial problems with our booking (a lot of confusion due to a mix up of duplicate surnames) the reception staff were apologetic and all turned out well in the end.
