Great family friendly hotel. Only issue was the exterior doors were not accessible and you had to go through the front door. A hassle when loading and unloading.

Our stay was overall nice, check in was fast and easy. The rooms were clean and nice size. Breakfast was really good love the variety of foods and staff was very helpful. The only thing was the pool was crowded by unsupervised children flipping in the pool. But other than that everything was nice.

I checked in on a Friday night and when I got to my room the furniture was askew...there were no luggage racks anywhere number 1 and number 2..my carpet was wet. when I took my shoes off.... I mentioned it to the front desk, and he said to change rooms, but I was exhausted and just wanted to relax...O wish they would of paid better attention to where they put guests...on a positive note...breakfast was Great!

I really enjoyed my stay at residence inn in Novi. I love that the pool open so early. The temperature was just right not to cold like most hotel pools can be. My room was just the right size for me. I felt that I was close enough to most things and getting around. The staff that I came in contact with were very pleasant.
