“When i booked the room it gave me the option to pay at time of check in. I had reserved two rooms. When I get to the hotel around 10 pm, staff told me that they had gave one of the room to someone else. Staff claimed someone called me, but I never received a call and could not tell me what number they called me from. On my second day of the stay they gave me the second room. Hotel location was close to where we needed to be, but room were very old not well maintained.”
