If you like upscale living; Rent this townhouse 1 week or more during summer season. 3 day rentals available in the off-season. 4 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a sliding door to a brand new deck with ocean views from 2nd & 3rd floors. All the amenities of home plus the sound of the ocean to fall asleep. Includes ( 2) designated off street parking spaces and we also provide (2) permits for street parking. Additional parking on street is available with your purchase of a daily or weekly permit. Fully equipped kitchen with double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop and oven, breakfast bar and additional coffee/ beverage center complete with beverage/wine refrigerator and Keurig. We provide Keurig coffee pods & a variety of tea. Washer, Dryer, Outdoor shower with hot & cold water & a light for night use (we provide Tide pods for laundry). Private, secluded and gated outdoor entertainment space perfect for summer evening BBQ's on the NEW Webber grill. 1st floor is location of Laundry, full bathroom with shower, Bedroom 1 with (2) twin beds, Bedroom 2 has (2) bunk beds with full bed on bottom and twin on top (175 lb max). The 2nd floor is large open concept living space with Kitchen, Beverage Center, Dining Room, Living Room with electric Fireplace, Flat screen Smart TV, Cable, Secure password protected WIFI, Powder Room and 2 glass sliders leading to spacious deck with ocean views. The 2nd floor deck has a circular staircase which leads to the gated and private backyard play area/BBQ with grill, picnic table & chairs/gardens & enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water as well as a light. The 3rd Floor has a Full hall bathroom with bathtub and shower, Bedroom 3 with (2) double beds and a deck with ocean views . Bedrooms 4 has a California King bed, Fireplace, sitting area, TV, a large master bathroom with double sink vanity, separate shower and a deck with ocean views. Central AC, WIFI. Front door uses a keyless entry code so you have no hassle or worries with keys. Located in the heart of Dewey Beach with Active nightlife, fine dining, Grottos pizza & burgers and ice cream within a block . Perfect location for families with kids; only steps to the beach and 2 blocks to FREE night time beach movies and beach bonfires twice a week throughout the summer season and sponsored by the town. Jump on the Jolly Trolley at the end of your block to take a ride into Rehoboth and visit the boardwalk, beaches, ice cream and more fine dining. Weekly rentals only mid June through August with check-in and check out on Saturdays. Partial week or weekend rentals thereafter in the off season. Call or email with any questions . During your stay we provide you with beach chairs and umbrellas. We also provide paper products such as paper towel, toilet paper, tissues, napkins. We supply kitchen dish soap, detergent pods for the dishwasher, bathroom hand soap and tide pods for the laundry. We will provide you with an ample supply of Keurig coffee pods and a variety of tea.

You must bring your own bed sheets, bath towels and beach towels. Dewey Beach is a way of life 🦀

Weekend Getaway in Dewey
The house was perfect, though the weather was blustery and chilly we were quite cozy. The rental was clean, thoughtfully appointed and felt like home. Just a quick walk to the beach which was great for walks with our dog. I highly recommend this rentals for families.

We enjoyed this house so much! It was perfect for my family and friends and our dog. The house feels loved and cared for.There is plenty of space to comfortably spread out. The kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking meals. We appreciated the keurig coffee pods, teas, paper products and soaps Maureen provided. We hope to return to this great home! We love Dewey❤️

Great girls weekend!
This property was overall great! Maureen was always very responsive! We ended up with 6 of us staying Thursday-Sunday. Parking was very easy, never saw another car in the lot actually. Check-in super simple! For the most part was clean, however couches had alot of dog hair as well as the floor. I know it is a pet friendly property but wish that had been cleaned up more. In the bunk room, mattress pad had what looked like a bloodstain on it and I killed quite a few ants that kept appearing on the bookshelf and my clothes. As a group we want to suggest more mirrors for getting ready and a full length one! The coffee table is slanted inward making it hard to use for drinks or snacks, something clear just straight across would help with this!!

The townhouse is exactly as described and pictured. Every bedroom was spacious with large closets and loved the beach decor throughout the house. Many items were provided and availble for guest use. The owner is very responsive, gave detailed instructions and offered early check in for our winter season stay. House and owner 10+ We hope to visit again.

Bluff House was just what we were looking for : a clean roomy house right by the ocean; The kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms were big and comfortable and we were just steps from a big beautiful beach. Dewey Beach and nearby Rehoboth provided a variety of pubs and restaurants There's plenty do do even in the "off" season. We had a great time

Great Location, Great Place to Stay!
The unit is fantastic with modern conveniences, great bedrooms, and an excellent location. We were within a 30 second walk to a great beach that is also dog friendly. All the appliances are new, and each bedroom is tastefully decorated and spacious. It is really a very comfortable place to stay and central to exploring both Dewey and Rehoboth Beach. We could walk to several restaurants, including Woody’s, for some of the best crab cakes anywhere. Rehoboth Beach is a 5-minute drive where we did some shopping and features several great places to dine. The unit is on three floors and will accommodate a big family or an intimate group; it has a nice porch on every floor, and we really enjoyed cooking on the grill and eating outside in delightful weather. You cannot go wrong staying here and the host is the most helpful, recommending several of the restaurants we visited. When we are back in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect house to spend a few days with friends
Maureen's description was accurate, and the place was spotless and well furnished. The appliances are high-end, and I had to hold my ear by the dishwasher to hear it running (crack the door open when pressing "Start"... it took me a while to figure that out!). The fridge, washer and dryer, and beverage fridge were as nice or nicer than mine at home! Our group was three couples plus a couple friends, and the yard was perfect for our greyhounds. The fence is secure, and the guests with dogs stayed on the first floor so they could let the dogs out from their bedrooms. BTW, you would never know dogs have stayed there. The place is very clean and odor-free. I forgot some things in the dryer, and Maureen kindly offered to mail them to me. Communication with her was great, and we'd definitely stay at this comfy condo again.

Another great family vacation!!!
This was our 2nd stay at Maureen's Dewey Townhouse, and everything was wonderful! The house is spacious, was very clean, and had many "extra" amenities like toilet paper, paper towels and tissues. The location to the beach is excellent! Just a quick 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. We also love that this townhouse is pet friendly! Our pup loves romping on the beach and the outdoor shower was great to wash the sand off her paws! The many decks are great to hang out and chat or to wind down in the evening. The area is very quiet and there is plently of parking. We look foward to staying at this amazing townhouse with our family and pup again in the future!!!

The beach house is in a great location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops as well as the trolly to the boardwalk. Maureen ensured that the house was stocked with cleaning items, paper products, and most things that make your visit a bit more enjoyable. The house is nicely decorated and has modern appliances including a new grill, an abundance of beach chairs and umbrella’s. Great beach house!
Great house, has everything you need, very clean and you can't beat the location, less than 5 minute walk from the beach! We loved our stay in Dewey and the biggest bonus was that dogs are allowed on the beach early in the morning and in the evening, we loved it. Maureen is a wonderful host, very friendly and quickly responds to any questions you might have. Highly recommend this house and beach town.

Fun family weekend!
My family and I had a great time during our long weekend at this beachblock townhouse! Easy check in and check out. Maureen was very responsive and quick to answer questions! The location to the beach is awesome! We literally walked out the door and was on the beach in less than 2 minutes. We appreciated the ample supply of Keurig cups and paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues. The decks and patio were wonderful to sit, chat, and relax on all together. And we loved that we could have our pup with us too!!! We are so looking forward to our next stay in September in Maureen's townhouse!!

This is our second time staying in this beautiful house. The location is perfect and just steps from the beach. The house is clean, well kept, and nicely renovated. Girls’ Trip!
My girlfriends and I come to Dewey every year during the off season for a girls weekend. This was our first time renting Maureen’s home and it exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and Maureen graciously supplied basic products like toilet paper, paper towels, and dish and hand soaps when other rentals in the area do not. We looooved our stay at The Bluff House and hope to return again next year!

A perfect family vacation! Maureen was fabulous to work with on all questions and anything we needed.. but… we didn’t need much of anything! Her home was stocked with so many supplies in kitchen, bathrooms etc. Maureen truly thought of everything. The short walk to the beach just made this such a great stay for my family too.
