“Plain jane exterior but the room was large, very clean. Would stay there again.”

“Unfortunately, it's apparent that Webb's Resort needs some significant help. We selected this place due to its promixity to Chautauqua Institute -- but that was really the only thing going for it, beyond the staff. Things are deteriorating. The hallway from the main lobby to the rooms was filthy and obviously hadn't been washed in a long time. The continental breakfast was pretty much non-existent -- only 1 lonely banana and a few apples. Cereal and milk, no yogurt, no pastries -- just packaged……

“This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! ”
