"Worked for our quick half stop trip down south for 8 howeverthe place was not clean and one of the rooms had mold and stains on the ceiling. Unusable and disgusting room. Dust was still all over the dressers and fridge was something I wouldn't put any food. Found a cleaning rag in the bed and the floor in the master bedroom was warping with water damage. There was also a musty smell in the entire place. In the end you get what you pay for."

Spacious family friendly 4-BR property with AC, Fireplace and WiFi in Sutton, WV

"Brian is great, very friendly and assists in anything you need. He is a great host that is in the main part of the house(upstairs) and the rented part is the lower portion (basement) of the house. There are great walking trails , and lots of deer and other wild life on the property. The wood provided for fires was a great perk to have included and we really loved that. This is perfect for a hunting or fishing trip for men- I think the listing does lack important details that would allow you to set your expectations appropriately. The inside is maintained as a hunting camp , not cleaned like a family vacation spot. There is no ventilation in the shower or toilet rooms creating mildew and strong odor. We did have a great time overall but again i would set your expectations more of a men’s cabin with an upstairs neighbor rather than a private glamping situation."

"My family and I have stayed at this property at least six times. We could not ask for a better place to stay. Internet is solid, water filters are in place for fresh water and thermostat is adjustable for personal preference. It’s not unusual to wake up with deer outside the windows. Fire pit is handy as well."
