On the ground floor of a newly built house (year 2011), 'La Meloria' is located in the quiet setting of Via Besusta, a renowned neighborhood in the municipality of Diano Castello, located two kilometers and 300 meters from the sea.
The apartment offers accommodation for up to four people. It has a master bedroom with a desk, a nice bathroom with a large shower and a living room with sofa bed for two people.
The brand new furniture gives this apartment a joyful and welcoming appearance.
Of great importance for a lively holiday and relaxing it is also the outside area fenced. The large terrace with barbecue and the adjacent garden with sea views are the perfect place to have fun with family and their friends.
Also available is a private parking for two cars to exclusive use, situated a few meters from the front door.
If you bring your mountain bike, or you require additional space where you can store various equipment holiday, you are right: the accommodation has a comfortable private warehouse to close at key.

Proprietà come da descrizione e foto, Immersa nel verde di Diano Castello. A 3 minuti effettivi di macchina dalla costa. Location semplice e molto pulita, provvista di tutto in necessario! Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in due con i nostri due cani ( anche loro molto felici e sereni ). Fabio è un host molto gentile e scrupoloso, che si mette a vostra disposizione per qualsiasi necessità. Torneremo sicuramente!

Great little apartment
We had a great stay at this accomodation . It's very typical for the area, small but clean and well equipped. Perfect with the parking spot right in front of the house (which is not typical for the area). The host is very nice and quick at replying to any questions.

Die Villa La Meloria haben wir in einem top gereinigten Zustand übernehmen können. Alles, was das Herz begehrt, war vorhanden. Die guten Tipps sind sehr von Nutzen, die Hausüber- und abgabe hat bestens geklappt und war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit Fabio hat uns überzeugt. Tolle Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Der Garten ist groß und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und die Stadt. Durch Fabio's Tipps haben wir wunderschöne Orte gesehen. Man hört zwar die Kirchenglocken und die Bahn, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr gut erholt.

sehr gut
wir waren 10 tage in diesem Objekt verbracht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, alles notwendige war vorhanden ,wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub, .das einzige was evtl. gestört hat ist das man den zug etwas zu sehr hört aber ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen . wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung
Die kleine Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.In wenigen Minuten erreicht man, mit dem Auto den Strand von Diano Marina. Den wunderschönen Ort Diano Castello, erreicht man auch zu Fuß. Fabio ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und ich kann la Meloria nur empfehlen.

Alles super!
Es war alles genauso wie erwartet. Wir waren bereits das 2. Jahr in diesem Appartement weil es für uns mit Hund und Kleinkind optimal ist. Einzig der Weg zum Strand ist etwas beschwerlich zu Fuß, da oft kein Gehsteig vorhanden ist. Aber mit dem Auto ist das alles kein Problem. Auch der Vermieter Fabio ist äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr sicher wieder.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa casa, con 2 bambini piccoli. Appartamento davvero accogliente, ben attrezzato e tutto nuovo. Lo spazio fuori davvero godibile, attrezzato con sedie, lettini, ombrellone. Insomma, c'è tutto quel che serve per una vacanza al mare. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Serve la macchina per arrivare in paese, ma ci vogliono solo 5 minuti e abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio, anche nel we. Unica pecca la vista stazione (e gli avvisi ben udibili anche al mattino presto), ma per il resto benissimo, credo torneremo senz'altro!

Appartamento in borgo tranquillo a due passi dalle spiagge, raggiungibili in auto. L'appartamento semplicemente, funzionale e di recente costruzione, con spazio esterno fruibile. Il Signor Fabio che ci ha accolti é stato molto gentile e disponibile nel darci qualche dritta.

Sin dall'inizio anche solo via mail e poi successivamente di persona il Sig. Fabio si è mostrato disponibile la casa accogliente con tutte le comodità necessarie . La tranquillità dove è situata la casa ha reso possibile anche se solo per una settimana che sia io che i miei figli passassimo un soggiorno da vera e propria vacanza. Credo proprio di ritornarci! :D

Casa stupenda,offre quanto descritto e anche di più. Arredata benissimo,proprietario fantastico.
Il Signor Fabio è una persona deliziosa,di quelle che ormai non esistono quasi più. A modo,competente, e attento a ogni minimo problema o domanda del cliente per conoscere il luogo (esempio dove parcheggiare, negozi tipici,borghi più belli da visitare ecc).anche impegnandomi non posso trovare un aspetto negativo, è stato un soggiorno bellissimo anche grazie a lui oltre che alla bellezza della casa, semplice e sita in una oasi di pace a pochi minuti dal mare in auto. Mobilio semplice ma ricercato e armonico allo stesso tempo e la casa meglio arredata di quelle vacanze che abbia mai visto.tutto il necessario a una buona permanenza senza aver bisogno di niente sono già presenti qui (presine attrezzi da cucina ecc). Casa dog friendly, il nostro Cagnotto di 27 Kili è stato benissimo, e vicino ci sono diverse spiagge per cani,io ho preferito quella di cervo perché è la più bella e dista a 10 Min di auto ma ce ne sono altre, e Fabio ha accettato volentieri il nostro cucciolone. Al nostro arrivo ci siamo persino trovati il pesto tipico locale come omaggio di benvenuto e gli spaghetti, e quando possibile il checkout viene fatto in modo se non ci sono altre prenotazioni da fare stare il più possibile l'inquilino prima di partire,queste sono solo due delle tante piccole e sincere attenzioni che abbiamo avuto da Fabio.Di case vacanza belle ce ne sono molte al mondo,ma con proprietari come Fabio no. Ci vediamo presto.

Neue,helle,freundliche Ferien Wohnung. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter der immer ansprechbar ist und sich kümmert. Supermarkt, Bahnhof, Restauraunt und wenn man will auch City gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Gemütliche Terrasse. Nachteil, das Haus liegt über einem Bahntunnel. Wenn man keinen guten Schlaf hat, wird man von der nicht unerheblichen Lautstärke ab 5.30 h morgens geweckt. Den Meerblick hat man zwar um die Ecke des Hauses, jedoch nicht von dort wo auf der Terrasse Tisch und Stühle stehen.
