“The woman at the front desk, Sherri (?) did EVERYTHING. She handled reservations, breakfast and laundry. She’s doing the work of 3 people-with a smile on her face.
The queen beds were made with the sheets on sideways. A little more training is needed.
The breakfast area was not large enough to seat everyone and the day Sherri was off, her replacement didn’t know how to handle the situation. Sherri opened up a meeting room to accommodate the overflow when she was on duty.

“We stayed here for 3 nights as it was reasonable and gave us good proximity to the Roosevelt Library and National Park. It is an old hotel but we had a very nice room that looked newer or updated. The bed was great as was the shower, It was dark and quiet. One of the reasons we picked it was because it also had a lounge that served food and drink. However, the hotel seems significantly understaffed as one gal did all the bartending and food serving. This was clearly once a really terrific……
