Lodges in Dieterich

After reading the reviews of all of the Effingham Hotels, we chose The Hampton Inn & Suites. The hotel was extremely clean, as was our room. The bed was very comfortable, the comforter and pillows were cozy and soft. The bathroom was nice sized with name brand toiletries available. Since this stay was during Covid, it was nice that guests and staff were wearing masks, and hand sanitizer was available at the main check-in desk, as well as, a small bottle in our room. The door to our room had...

Guest check in was easy and pleasant. Samantha waa great and even suggested a wonderful place for dinner. She was spot on. Room was beautiful and super clean. Comfy bed too. Breakfast was very good and one if the best I've had in a hotel in a long time. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice stay

Not enforcing masks or social distancing in restaurant/bar.

Staff was friendly. Facility was decorated nicely for Christmas. Outside pet area was clean and had bags/trashcans available. All and all I nice stay.

Very nice stay

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower was large enought that you did not feel like a sardine in a can. The hotel is undier going renovations at present, but it was still clean and welcoming. The continental breakfast was one of the best we've experienced. I would recommend this location and this chain for sure.Effingham is a nice town too.

Paula was wonderful and very helpful with local information. Would stay there again.

This hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The person at the check-in desk was not very friendly or helpful. However, this is a great hotel and i highly recommend staying here.

Excellent place to stay in Olney. The accommodations are good with the bed being very comfortable. However, what made my stay here so great was the staff's friendliness and helpfulnes. They made my visit here OUTSTANDING (Caps intended). From the front desk staff to the those who cleaned our rooms to the breakfast area staff...they ALL were great. Can't say enough about their attention to the "customers". I definitely will stay here when I return to Olney.

We always enjoy staying at the Lorson Inn. Everyone is very friendly and the rooms are always clean and quiet.

It was a very nice, clean place to stay; the staff was phenomenal, and the comfort of the rooms was perfect. Stayed for 2 nights, had a good breakfast, the room were clean, comfortable and did I mentioned clean? Great location also, everything is close (well, the town is not too big at all, but still, good location), and didn't have any problem at all! Shared the good news about the place it with our family, and one of them stayed there as well, so it is a wonderful and clean place to stay. ...
