"We had a wonderful weekend at Redbud Cottage. The property is beautiful. Lots of outdoor seating on the back deck and down by the water, and lots of fun things to do! The kids enjoyed fishing, kayaking, jumping off the floating dock, and making s’mores by the fire. We loved that there was firewood and kindling ready to go. The house was cozy and beds were comfortable! We definitely plan to come stay again!"

"When we walked in room there was dog hair on the floor and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept! I also took a rag and started wiping down everything and the rag was dirty! There was poop smeared on the bathroom wall by the toilet paper holder so whoever was suppose to clean that room just left it. So I took soap and water and cleaned the floor and it was filthy! Then cleaned the room! I do this for a living and there is NO excuse for this plus you could hardly see out of the window because of all the dirt!"

"Arrived to the hotel and the pool was closed. No notice prior to arrival or at check in the pool was out of order. This was a stay to play tournament with kids. When we decided to move hotels, the front staff was not helpful in finding a resolution or assisting with the reservation. Very poor customer service."
