“Très propre, très bien équipé, bon accueil. Lit un peu trop ferme.”

“The room was clean and towels and linen changed every other day. The staff were amazing and helpful. We didn’t use the pool area as was up and out every morning. All in all it was a lovely hotel and everwhere for us was within walking distance. Having the supermarket next door was a plus, couple of minutes walk to the beachfront, cafes and bars. ”

“On a adoré notre séjour. Le repas dans les restaurants étaient variés et très bons. L’équipe attentionnée et efficace parle français et d’autres langues parfaitement. Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir. L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch. Plage de sable comme piscine nous avons trouvés des transats à toute heure. Salle de sport propre et complète Piscine intérieure non……

It was my birthday on our check-in and we were upgraded to their best suite with an amazing view - encourages us to stay another night. Zana in guest experiences was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous pools, beach access right from the hotel, and Rethymno itself is a gorgeous city.”

“Nice bungalow but a little smelly and always some water under the tiles on the bathroom floor, that should be repared, probably the cause of the smell.. pools are nice but not heated! Nice view but no view from them, if I had known I wouldn’t have paid extra for a bungalow”

“Kamer was schoon, personeel was spontaan en vriendelijk. Goed ontbijt in the ochtend en alles vers. Goed toegankelijk met de auto en een supermarkt dicht bij het hotel.”
