“The staff at the reception was amazing, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Staff members were removing plates before guests had even finished their meals, and there was constant shouting throughout the hotel. The alcohol served at the bar was of very poor quality. Overall, this did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience at all.”

“Perfect location . Hotel clean and staff friendly and helpful . It wasn’t quite the boutique experience but overall it was good . If I were to describe amenities I would not mention the gym . Equipment old and rusty and not really usable . Needs to be removed . Rooms are fine but slightly tired . Breakfast satisfactory - a reasonable range of food types . I would stay here again but would not expect luxury, however the location makes up for it .”
