Stayed for 4 days in October. All hotel staff was very helpful arranging taxis and places to go.
Breakfast every morning was delicious. Great pool to cool off. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the room was comfortable and clean. Lovely colonial feel and can't beat the location. Had a great time.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only warning is that the pool (the first ever built in Granada, I'm told) is very shallow. It is in great shape and looks lovely, but if you want to do laps you won't have much room to work with. The hotel is only a couple blocks from Central Park, so it is close to everything but...

Absolutely a slice of paradise on earth! If the Garden of Eden and Swiss Family Robinson had a baby it would be San Simian! Food was best we’ve had in all of Nicaragua. This is an excellent place to stay while visiting the Laguna de Apoyo. Location is rustic and beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff is incredible. They arranged transportation which was a plus. Staff were 5 star. The location is perfect for jaunts around the city and central to activities nearby. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the art lavishly displayed throughout the rooms and hallways. Top notch place!

Do not judge it from the exterior overall if you travel in Granada in this period (May 2017) as there are a lot of roadwork and the street is dusty and dirty.
Inside it is a beautiful pearl. The interior of the room is a piece of art. Tiles are different from room to room. Pool is large and the space for the breakfast in the interior garden is bright and breeze with trees and plants. Staff is really nice and efficient.

The service and accommodations of this hotel is fantastic. My family was traveling in Nicaragua for a week and this was the last portion of our trip, we had a 12:45 am flight the following day. Everyone had a bad case of stomach flu....especially my 5 year old daughter. Rather than charging us for 2 nights the hotel aloud us to remain in the room free of charge till our transportation to the airport arrived. I have never experienced such amazing service in my life. Do not hesitate to stay at...

Superb hotel echoes the colonial grace of the city of Granada and the life of the Spanish grandees. Felt pampered and looked after. Only there one night but would be pleased to return for a week. Friends stayed elsewhere for about the same price which offered facilities for infants, which this hotel does not. Both were lovely places near town centre. For us, this was ideal, though regretted no time for the pool.
