“This property is BEAUTIFUL. From the front desk, to the spiral staircase, the pool , the cafe, and the rooms. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast at the cafe was the best. The pool was wonderful after a long day in Granada. The room was clean and cozy and was perfect and reasonably priced for a last minute stay for just a night. The rooms had a mini fridge which was super convenient. Loved this hotel so much and will certainly come back again.”

“I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. “La propiedad está bien mantenida, y el desayuno y la atención del personal del hotel estuvieron excelente. Aparte de eso, la ubicación del hotel está excelente, porque está un poco apartado de la calle la Calzada, que es una calle muy movida que genera mucha bulla y donde hay música con el volumen alto en los bares/clubs. “Hotel Casa Sam Francisco was an incredible stay in an incredible town. The thing that really stood out was the staff with how friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable they are about Granada and how to get around. The owner Terry took time during breakfast to speak with me and check in on me, which really made the hotel feel very welcoming and warm. Also, it is a very interesting historical building and within walking distance from many attractions in Granada. Would 100% recommend!”

“L'hôtel est situé au bord du lac avec une très belle vue sur la rue passante. Mais l'hotel gagnerait a etre mieux entretenu. La devanture est quelconque avec des mauvaises herbes. Les chambres sont petites avec un vieil armoire qui ne sert a rien. Il n'y a pas de chaises. Et l'hotel est situé a environ 1 km du centre ville ( parc central et la rue de calzada). “The property is very intimately set up the room that I got had the hot tub and the balcony connected, which was very nice. The only thing that I had an issue with was, I guess the room hadn’t been used in a little while so there was a a few small bugs that were in the bed and when I turned the ceiling fan on a few of them fell from the ceiling fan and because of the heat, the power kept going off and it stayed off for quite a while in the middle of the night, which caused us to be extremely hot,……
