“We faced some challenges for what could have been a lovely stay in this well-located hotel in the heart of Granada, just steps away from the main plaza. We booked the largest suite which is a loft, with two large king sized beds on two levels. We were a group of 3 adults, 2 of whom are over six feet tall. We wanted the additional space, and needed the larger beds of the loft room. At our check in, we were told the loft room was unfortunately unavailable due to an issue with the air conditioning,……

“This was by far our favorite place that we stayed on our trip to Nicaragua. The staff went above and beyond to help us receive items we left at a previous hotel and provided translations. The breakfast and laundry service were amazing. We have no complaints. Only good things to say about our stay. We will be staying here again.”
