Discovery Cove® brings the ocean’s wonders to your fingertips. Swim with dolphins, snorkel among tropical fish and walk below exotic birds. The theme park is owned and operated by SeaWorld*®* Parks and Entertainment. Take advantage of its location in sunny Orlando, Florida and enjoy the resort’s warm and welcoming water.

Meet Discovery Cove’s stars in the Dolphin Swim Experience at *Dolphin Lagoon*. Use hand signals to encourage dolphins to complete tricks before going for a swim alongside them. The resort provides wetsuits to ensure that you are properly dressed to comfortably interact with the dolphins.

Snorkel among thousands of fish and rays in *The Grand Reef*®. Watch sharks swim below you or swim alongside rays as wide as your arm span. Discover hidden islands and secret grottos scattered around the reef.

Not all the creatures in Discovery Cove® are from the sea. Head to *Freshwater Oasis*®, which features sparkling springs beneath a rainforest canopy. Come face-to-face with adorable otters and marmosets.

Sit back and enjoy the ride in the *Wind-Away River*. This leisurely waterway takes you along sandy beaches, lush rainforests, cascading waterfalls and a spooky underwater cave.

Get close to feathered friends in the *Explorer’s Aviary*, where colorful birds fly and chatter all around you. Hold out your hand with some fruit and see what bird lands for a snack.

If you want a home base during your visit, rent a cabana for the day. These little oases contain lounge chairs, seating, snacks and lockers.

Your ticket to Discovery Cove® is all inclusive, covering food, drinks and equipment rental. It also includes unlimited same-day admission to SeaWorld® Orlando and Aquatica, SeaWorld’s Waterpark™. You can also get more deluxe packages, such as the Dolphin Swim Experience or Trainer for a Day program. Parking is included in the ticket price. The park is open every day of the year.

Daily visitor numbers are limited at Discovery Cove®, meaning that it never feels too crowded. Make reservations in advance to ensure your entry. Check the website or call to confirm current age requirements for exhibits, particularly *Dolphin Lagoon*.

My experience exceeded all expectations. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, making it comfortable and accommodating in every way. From the very beginning, the customer service was exceptional and truly set the tone for the entire stay. One of the things I appreciated most was that the property offered something for everyone in the family. There was so much to do that you never had to leave the resort to enjoy yourself. It was an incredibly fun and relaxing experience, and I’m already looking forward to returning.

Loved it! Would definitely go back! We also took advantage of the SeaWorld tickets included so the price was much more reasonable than we first realized. Just a warning, the water in the dolphin and reef areas is kept chilly for the comfort of the animals. Other water areas are warmer. We visited with air temps in the 90s but our 6 year old was cold in the dolphin and reef areas while in the water (even in his wetsuit). Apparently, if you go on milder days, those areas feel warmer because there is not as much of a difference in temperature between the air and water. The adults were fine after getting used to the water. I'm not a fan of cold water so I wore a wet suit for the reef and dolphin areas and then changed into a vest for the freshwater areas. That worked well for me. The water areas in the freshwater side of the park stayed open 30 min longer than the reef area. We had been told that water areas stayed open until 5:30, so we headed to the reef for one last swim there at 4:45 and then it closed at 5pm. So we booked it back over to the freshwater area for a few more minutes. We would have planned the afternoon differently had we known. Note to families with kids: it takes a little while to get wetsuits, put them on, use sunscreen (which is provided) and put your belongings in lockers, so plan accordingly. We arrived at the park at 8am and were very glad we did. If you can get there even earlier, I would suggest it.

This place is awsome. Worth every penny. Breakfast and lunch included with all the drinks and snacks you can eat. The under sea adventure and swim with the dolphins was more than we could ever expect. Beautiful fish and stingrays everywhere. So many adventures to do. The cabanas were beautiful and had a refrigerators stocked with sodas, beer, wine, fruit juices or anything you want to drink plus a treasure chest full of snacks. We brag to all who will listen about our adventure.

The food lines are a little long. Don't wait until you are hungry. But other than that, Discovery Cove was amazing! The staff was above friendly and helpful!
