“Everything was great”

“The room had a musky smell, there was a thin layer of mold on the wood, the sheets were stained, the tub and toilet were stained with age. I did not look at the customer reviews before confirming the reservation. There are plenty of positive reviews, but I think that they are fake because they do not reflect my experience.”

“The room was nice. Roomy and mostly clean. There were hairs from previous guests or cleaning crew in shower. Yuck! Room was cold (in summer) even after adjusting thermostat. No extra blanket or pillows in room. Breakfast was not appetizing or even well stocked. Many items out and no one came to resupply. We waited at least 1/2 hour but no employee came. Many guests with children came in. No milk or yogurt in fridge. Really poor service and quality. Employee on desk disappeared and got annoyed……

“The carpet in the room hadn’t been vacuumed. There were strings and lint all over. Bathroom sink was missing stopper. Bathroom floor had dirt around the door casing. No one at desk at checkout so I just left my key on the counter. At this price point, I expected better.”

All the staff that I saw greeted me and made me feel welcome. There were plenty of baggage buggies and everything was super easy to navigate. ”

“This is a really cool hotel! My room was beautiful and comfortable. Although there is no elevator, all I had to do to get help with luggage was to call, and I was helped right away. I highly recommend this hotel!”
