Apartments in Dominical for Rent

"This was a beautiful house in a beautiful area of Costa Rica. Great location for beaches, restaurants, jungle tours, waterfalls, and a relaxing dip in the pool to unwind after all of it. While the advertisement says it is in walking distance to the beach, the hill is very steep. We climbed it, but I can't imagine doing that with beach chairs towels etc. It is a very short drive to numerous locations so that is not really a negative, only a point of information. "

"The location is perfect just above Domenical, close to grocery stores/gas station, quick drive either north or south to National Parks and beach excursions. The only inconvenience with the property was the oven didn't work after the first use (wouldn't shut off) so it had to be disabled for the remainder of the stay which changed our meal plans after we had bought all of our groceries. We loved the location, setting, the property was well landscaped and beautiful for evening and morning relaxation and bird watching. We even saw the troop of monkeys outside of the windows one of the days. "

"It was great. I have a recommendation that could be a life saver. Remove the shrub at confluence of the driveway and the hwy on the south side. It's extremely hard to see northbound traffic. I wish you could secure the property adjacent to the south. The public traffic on the beach is crazy on the weekend. "

"Our stay in Dominical was sensational! It was our first time being in Costa Rica. Stephen was very responsive and helpful! Our flight arrived later than expected and he stayed at the house until we arrived in the evening and even made a quick grocery trip for us before we got there because the grocery store nearby would be closed before our arrival. The pool area and backyard are spectacular! We have kids aging from 11 to 18 and every single member of our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the beach! There were a couple of days we spent hours just jumping the waves in the ocean! It was very private and we felt on most days like we had the entire beach area to ourselves. The town is just down the road from the house and was perfect for us! Plenty of food options and we felt very safe walking around. Dominical has such a laid back vibe and everyone there was very friendly. The grocery store is only about a mile away which was very convenient, The house was very clean and the kitchen had all of the utensils we needed. Air conditioned bedrooms were great! The only recommendation I have is to maybe purchase more comfortable seating for the TV area. We didn’t watch TV much because we were out exploring everyday, but it was nice to unwind at night:) Since there isn’t air conditioning in the main area, it may be helpful to have floor fans available for guests. Overall our stay was Fabulous and we’d stay here again in a HEARTBEAT!"

The location is beyond compare and the proximity to the village of Dominical (within walking distance) offered a good variety of restaurants and shops.The attention to detail by our hosts Robert and Whitney was exceptional-whether you need water toys, binoculars or a cork screw you didn't need to ask-everything is provided. The availability of our host Robert was awsome-his recommendations on local amenities was invaluable.We couldn't ask for a better host.Can't wait to return."

The home is cozy and spacious, and the pool was a perfect addition for cooling down on a hot day. The hosts were kind and very attentive, and we dream to be back again one day. Pura Vida! "
