“My friend and I stayed here on this gorgeous mountaintop gorgeous location for 4 nights. The owners, Lori & Bobby were fantastic hosts welcoming us as we arrived and made us feel at home. Once there we upgraded to the main house with the pool and ocean view. Well worth it! You must have 4 wheel drive! As you do for most places in Costa Rica. ;) Thank you for all your information and sharing all the beautiful birds and wildlife with us. ”

“I had a great stay at Ginger Room. The room was clean, with storage and some hangning space. Having access to a mini fridge was verry useful. There is a nice view of the ocean from the terrace, great sunset colours! I saw a variety of birds and animals. I echo the comments on the need for a 4X4 vehicle to reach the property. Lori was very attentive and responsive to any needs or questions, accommodating and just overall considerate. ”

“Yes, as I wrote in a personal review for the owner/manager, aside from her direct, hands-on style of running the place, Paraizo Azul's biggest draw (for me) is its superb, generous SWIMMING pool, which forms the center of a very open, communal lay-out ... shadowed generously by a wide view of river delta, in front of ocean, off in the distance.”

“This is the best place we've stayed so far! The environment is beautiful, and the staff and owner are incredibly kind and welcoming. We were also able to see many lovely wild animals, which made our stay even more special. Everything was wonderful and made our trip absolutely perfect. We highly recommend this place!”
