“Great hotel - clean and tidy”

“Comfy & clean room. Mainly offices nearby & we found only one restaurant open on weekdays in central park . ”

“The rooms are out dated. We were in a ground floor room with bars outside the window reminiscent of a prison. There was no AC however they did provide a fan. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night. The access to the parking garage is extremely narrow and many rental cars have been scratched and damaged on the narrow walls. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good.”

“I experienced some difficulty at check-in. The agent at the front desk apparently was unable to pull out my reservation for more than 5 minutes. I had to show it to them on my laptop...which did not help them. Then another agent came along and located my booking in no time. I think they should have offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience (but they never did).”
