“Room was very spacious and staff was very accommodating”

“What happed to Customer service? It certainly left this MainStay Hotel. Absolutely no communication with two of the associates behind the counter. Left the next day, and there was no recognition that we were even there. We don’t generally have any things from the morning breakfast table except coffee and fruit. There was no coffee, oranges the size of a marble. The yogurt was a 2 oz thimble, and the balance of products was nothing that we have ever seen! Just Plain Sad.”

“Woodland Hideaway was just that! A nice place to hideaway after hot and busy days. The place was clean, kitchen well stocked and the whole unit was quiet. It was located in a nice subdivision with lots of trees and beautiful flowers. It was the first trip my husband and I took our dog and it was a great place for the dog, quiet with lots of places for his daily walks. Thank you Kara!”
