Weird place. They clearly spent money to refurbish the area but half or more of the buildings are empty and the walkways are empty of people, until 5:30, when the drug addicts move like zombies into the area.
not what it used to be. Sad and a bit depressing / depressed area
Stopped in town for breakfast at HeBrews and from there walked around a bit even though it was pouring.
