“Our room, the lobby, and pool were clean and well maintained. The air handler was quiet and kept the room an even, comfy temperature. I also like Hampton pillows more than those in other hotels. They support the head while filling the space between head and neck. The Baltimore Street Grill is an excellent restaurant. We were bicycling the Great Allegheny Passage Trail and did not mind the mile walk into town. This would be easy with a car.”

“Staff was not rude, but not a good fit for the hospitality industry. Trains, sirens, and a broken wine bottle outside the side exit were just some of the highlights. I left a couple hours after checking in and stayed at a rest area down the road. That felt safer. ”

“Hotel was clean, staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were Roomy with lots of space. Breakfast was decent. Would definitely stay here again if we ever pass through Maryland again.”

“The experience was terrible. The toiletries were of very poor quality, and the water was cut off before we checked out without prior notice, leaving us and our child without water to wash our faces and brush our teeth.”

“The spa was absolutely wonderful! I felt very pampered. The pool is wheelchair accessible and the pool area was very clean. The Lakeview Grille did a fabulous job serving our party of 11. Food was delicious and our server was top tier. The kids loved the cornhole and beach. We will absolutely go back!”
