"This interestingly titled listing is certainly an affordable home option (surprised to see it on Hotels.com - property is maintained by Evolve and it is nowhere mentioned in the listing), conveniently located in the city. However, it is not recommended and not suitable for business trips. I stayed here with two colleagues during a recent business trip. The home itself is spacious, with a large living area, a patio, a nice pool table, and plenty of open parking. That said, we encountered two...

"Liked how close it was to DC historical sites. Service was excellent, particularly at the front desk. Larger vehicles cannot be parked in their parking garage, but there are several other places around, and cheaper than the valet service they offer. Wish the rooms (maybe some of them do) had refrigerator and microwave. Really like the robes they provided, excellent water pressure, and you can keep your room as cool as you want."

"We arrived before check-in and were offered water and a place to leave our luggage. At the time of check-in, our room wasn’t ready, and didn’t even ask for it, but were immediately offered a free upgrade for the inconvenience. The room was a suite, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent and my teenaged boys favorite. Walking distance to stores and dining. Would definitely stay again. "

"Had to book this hotel very last minute for my trip, but the room and hotel were very cool! The blackout curtains on the room are amazing and you can adjust the brightness of the lights and color as well. Conveniently located - lots of food options around that are walkable , and there's a cvs a block away which was great for me since i forgot to pack some things! No on-site parking but i was able to do parking in a lot about a 5 minute walk away so it was no problem! "

"Our family enjoyed staying in this hotel. The breakfast was decent, and the location of the hotel to many restaurants on the wharf was great for dinner. After a full day of walking to various DC sites, we enjoyed relaxing outside on their chairs, looking at the water and watching the people go by. The only downside was some mold in the shower. Otherwise, the room was great. "
