“This apartment is extremely well appointed and is in a very convenient location in the upper part of Georgetown; perfect for a combination of work and vacation!It has very fast Internet for video calls. During a heat wave, the central A/C worked to keep things very cool (it stays slightly warmer in the bedroom, so consider setting the temperature cooler when you sleep). “This was great and centrally located for everything that we wanted to do easy to get bus or train. Ubers were awesome. The location of this neighborhood is fantastic. Great food within walking distance highly recommend roofers, union and Andy's pizza can't remember the name of the ice cream place, but right up the road from Andy's it's awesome too. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“Not located in the best part of town but also not the worst. While waiting for property owner to reply to messages for over an hour on how to park and pay, I was fearful for my safety as people in area were carrying bricks, shouting, and displaying erratic behavior. I would not park on street overnight. There's a hospital ER across the street. Good luck sleeping. If sirens weren't going off, the practically non existent see through "shades" had street lights in the room like the sun. The shower……

“No staff on premises totally automated-code to get into hotel and rooms. Same per breakfast facilities help yourself, bottle waters included. Only issue if you have a lot of bags no elevator only stairs and a lot of them…so pack lite. Hotel easy access to subway which I’d recommend Dupoint circle. You can get train from Regan airport for $4 vs Uber $40. Good local restaurants and access to tourist attractions- White House etc. I’ll stay there again.”

“Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)……

“Needs better linens and an extra clean blanket place smelled of heavy cologne and there were men’s underwear left in washer needs better cleaning other than that great place!”
