“Clean and well kept. Worked perfectly for us, several children and some grandchildren. Ephraim definitely gets 5 stars for allowing us to stay an extra day without an upcharge. He did this when he heard that we are actively involved in a Christian ministry that he also supports. ”

“We were there for a wedding at Drumore Estates which was only 15 minutes away. We were able to eat at the atrached Brickhouse restaraunt. It was very good food and the noise was minimal. I slept through the morning rush. The bedroom sizes were very big with their own a/c units. It was cool and comfortable. I would stay again”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Intercourse Villa! The house was very clean and comfortable. Honestly, it was even prettier in person than in the pictures. It was the perfect size for our 2 small families. It was a perfect location to go to Cherry Crest Adventure Farm & Dutch Wonderland with the kids. We also enjoyed waving to all of the friendly neighbors driving up & down the street with their horse & buggies. We would absolutely stay here again. “This home is more than beautiful! The layout was so open that even with 15 of us we were not crowded at all. The view off the balcony is serene and a beautiful way to start the day with coffee and family. Oh-and the table-all of us together at each dinner was a joy. We all loved the pool, outdoor games and fire pit. Not one moment of boredom for anyone-ages 1-65. Brian is a top notch host for sure! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with our family!!!
