Their kindness and professionalism truly elevated our experience. The hotel’s facilities were spotless and thoughtfully maintained. We also enjoyed taking family photos in the outdoor garden areas, which offered several picturesque backdrops to choose from. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations and we look forward to returning."

"The front desk staff was friendly and professional and our room was clean and comfortable. We utilized the shuttle service to get to and from the airport and barely missed it leaving, so we had to wait 30 minutes for it. Upon departure the next morning the shuttle was completely full with many people having to stand as this shuttle picks up and drops off at multiple hotels. Just know this and be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes. There was a lady who seated us at breakfast who was very rude but I did not catch her name. Overall a good stay. "

"The hotel staff stood out. They were all very kind, from those in the food/bar area to the front desk. Very helpful, as needed, and very friendly and professional. Due to a ventilation problem in our original assigned room, for 1 night, we were luckily moved to another that was open. Front desk staff were responsive and worked hard to ensure that our stay was going to be, ultimately, problem-free."
