I booked a studio room here expecting a king-size bed, proper flooring, and the facilities as described. What I received was very different: a bunk bed, damaged floor, and overall poor condition of the room.
On top of that, a staff member entered my room unannounced using a master key just minutes after check-in – a serious breach of privacy. Several facilities were broken (AC panel, automated curtains), and despite reporting these issues, there was no proper follow-up. When someone finally came, they were unaware of half the problems and fixed nothing but to make the AC-problems worse.
Noise was another major issue. Thin walls meant I was disturbed on multiple nights – once by returning neighbors, another time by a crying baby – making it impossible to rest properly.
Expedia mediated a partial refund, but the hotel itself refused to take responsibility for the clear misrepresentation and poor service. For a stay that cost €500 (3 nights!!!), this was far below acceptable standards.
In short: misleading room descriptions, broken facilities, unprofessional service, and no accountability afterwards. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. I encourage you to look further and to not book a room at this accommodation.
